TECHNICAL & COMMERCIAL DETAILS
Define the details.
Connect with confidence.
Availability and specifications are subject to confirmation in your proposal.
01
Route requirements · CLI / NCLI / Premium
Tell us whether your use case requires caller identity presentation (CLI), a route without that requirement (NCLI), or a premium quality proposal. These are enquiry categories, not a list of available routes. Route definitions, lawful use and destination availability must be confirmed in your offer.
02
Route quality · ASR / ACD / PDD
ASR measures answered calls against attempted calls; ACD measures average call duration; PDD describes the delay after dialling until call progress. Ask for destination-specific measurements, reporting windows and agreed targets. No performance thresholds are published here.
03
Codecs & interconnection
Share your endpoint, codec preferences, DTMF requirements and signalling details. Supported codecs, media handling and interoperability testing are subject to technical confirmation.
04
Monitoring, redundancy & NOC
Request confirmation of monitoring scope, alternate routing, failover behaviour and escalation arrangements. Redundancy levels and 24/7 NOC availability must be agreed explicitly; they are not guaranteed by this page.
05
Build a comparable voice proposal
Provide destination dial codes, monthly minutes, peak simultaneous calls and your traffic use case. Ask for billing increments, minimum charges, currency, rate validity and any volume commitment so proposals can be compared on the same basis.
06
Agree acceptance before launch
Define a destination test plan covering caller identity, two-way audio, DTMF and call release. Compare call records and quality measurements using the same time window; agree the acceptance criteria and escalation contacts before moving production traffic.
