When you submit an inquiry, Jawab stores your name, work email, company, selected service and message in its website database to review and respond to your request. Rate inquiries also include destinations, traffic estimates, commercial preferences, optional phone details and any attached traffic profile. Submissions and traffic attachments are available only to authenticated administrators. Website email notifications are disabled. A language-preference cookie remembers English or Arabic on this browser. An administrator session cookie is used only when signing in. Request-limiting records help prevent abuse. Do not submit passwords, payment details or customer personal data in messages or attachments. For access, correction or deletion requests, use the contact form or contact info@jawab.one.
